It’s always been my thing to shop for swimsuits when it isn’t summer because: a) I am admittedly cheap and have observed that a number of swimsuit brands go on sale during the off-season (usually from July to December) and b) I am admittedly cheap

I recall scoring a gem of a swimsuit from Wanderlust back in December last year. At 50% off. In a size small (just had to point that out, it is DIFFICULT to find an appropriate size for my midget frame). The suit in question was a delightful high-waist that I remember to have turned the internet upside down for in hopes of finding a local retailer offering such style.  Back in 2011, high-waist swimsuits were confined to Tumblr photo posts and were all but a distant dream to me and the local malls within my radius. My Wanderlust pair was in the most lovable nautical color block and fit like a glove, and had the most ideal sleek fabric that prevented swimsuit bunches. So yeah, thank you Wanderlust, for just being so ahead of the game.
